Krisztina Tajta
Krisztina Tajta joined the MOME Anim team in 2021 as the BA program coordinator. She graduated from the Faculty of Humanities at Eötvös Loránd University with a degree in German Language and Literature, and also studied film theory and film history.
Moving images have fascinated her since childhood: by the age of five, she already knew the entire week’s television schedule by heart, and one of her first defining cinematic experiences was secretly watching Alien. Her love and admiration for animation began with Tom and Jerry, but it was at the animation department of MOME where this appreciation grew into a true passion.
As part of her work, she organizes the animation department’s key international appearances, coordinates travel opportunities for students and faculty around the world, and maintains relationships with partner animation programs. She also helps students navigate the complexities of university life and strives to provide them with the information they need to survive even the most critical moments.
