Adapting for Cinema / A4C

Adapting for Cinema is a workshop focused on the concept of adaptation, from literature to cinema. 12 European participants (4 producers, 4 writers, 4 visual artists) with the support of professional trainers work together in different groups with the mission of adapting 4 books for the screen.

The training is set in three different locations

1) a first workshop on the theory of adaptation (4 days in Turin, November 2012);

2) a second meeting based on pitching technic training, storyboarding and visual style development (4 days in Budapest, February 2013);

3) and a final presentation of the works to a panel of European producers (2 days in London, April 2013)
